Welcome to the ORMA 6 championship !

This is a great opportunity for all Open 60 lovers to compete in one of the most thrilling championship in all VSK. What makes it so special? Here are a few details about the 6th edition of the ORMA...

* The ORMA championship is based upon the real Open 60 Racing Multihull Association championship...

* It lasts less than a month, from Friday march 3rd until sunday march 19th.

Friday March 3, 21.15.: round 1 and 2

Friday March 10, 21.15: round 3 and 4

Friday March 17 21.15 : round 5 and 6

Sunday March 19, 17.15 : round 7a and 7b

Sunday March 19, 21.15 : round 8.

* The maps will be shown in the last week before competition begins. The courses are new to everyone, varied and challenging.

* Round 7a and 7b : These are 2 shorter regattas, for which we'll add times instead of sheer result. The sum of both regattas will give results of round 7.

* Round 8 : In this final regatta you'll race against your closest opponents in rankings. Don't miss any regattas if you want to count among the best Open 60 sailors...

*Meetings are on VWinds' chat, Open Club's lobby, 9.15 PM french time.

* Registrations are to be made through e-mail, thanks to the "inscription" link. PLEASE keep in mind that it's no use registering to the ORMA CHAMPIONSHIP if you're not very motivated !!! Winning the ORMA championship is very demanding, you can't afford to miss a single race !!

For occasional players, Virtual-Winds organizes a year-round tournament on Open 60 boats, in which you can join at anytime, competing for the best average results : Open Club Series,

* When registering, please tell me if you can host >15 players regattas.

* Tell me also what skin you use to race. Remember you're supposed to use a "real" skin you can download in Virtual-Winds. If you do, in order to optimize the connex, please use locators! Otherwise, choose a default VSK skin.
