The list and the distribution of the prices will be the endorsement purpose to the present instructions of the race. It is
asked the participants, to take an active part in the goods of price which they engage with
thanks of the community, to dispatch port with the prizes winner free.

INSCRIPTIONS:
The inscriptions will be done in two times,

Colors of layouts.
To allow to distinguish the leaders of each classification proposed by the committee, certain colors of
layout prohibited of use, since are reserved for the holders of the various flags. Competitors
should take care not to choose them at the time of their inscription on VT.

Banner.
A personalized banner can also be provided (32x22 pixels) to be reproduced on the various pages of
classification by mail at the time of the inscription.
The participants in the choice of their options, will take into account the possible
disfunctions of the play and will assume the consequences of them,
if they might be are advantageous or not…

CLASSIFICATIONS:
Three classifications will be established in the passing of the various points and updated according to rules' left at
discretion of the committee:
1.- Yellow Flag
Corresponding to the runner at the head of the race who will be the only one being able to use this color for the trace of
his ship.
2.- Green Flag
Corresponding to the first of the points score of the best performances in time on the sections enters
two points of passage, while having followed the normal course of the Tour des Frances©.
The first of this classification will be the only one with being able to use this color (green clearly) for the trace of its ship.
Distribution of the points at the points of passage: A number of participants at the beginning minus the row of passage,
multiplied by the coefficient, plus a tenth of the number of participants.

The participants will be thus classified according to their number of points. The greatest number of point being it
leader of the classification at the point and single carrying the green flag.
3.- Red Flag
Corresponding to the first with the classification of the best performances in time, on the sections of the race
carried out in coastal navigation, having followed the course of the Tour des Frances©.

The participants will be thus classified according to their number of points. The holder of the greatest number of
points being the carrier of the red flag.
[Synopsis]
Treatment of the strandings:
Those who failed or leave the water level will have to be announced near the Steering Committee while posting on
the dedicated forum, the copy of their message of stranding.
The handing-over to water of the failed ships will be done by the function “given to the water” of VT (system already used on
RWC)… But the participants will have to stop totaly 12 hours total before taking again their road.
For example, a stranding at 9 a.m. 30 GMT makes it possible to set out again with the race at 9 pm GMT, therefore to regulate his boat
between 20 and 21 H GMT.
In the event of nonrespect the stop & go (departure before the 12 hours) it will be sanctioned by new
Stop & Go of the double of stolen time.
Endorsement to the IC of:05/10/2006
The management of the failures will proceed in two distinct ways.
Up to October 10, the starting line remaining opened, the button of handing-over
to water will bring back the boats to Brest to take a second departure. He
will be then useless to adhere to the stop and 12 hours go provided for in
initial instructions of race.
After October 10, the starting line being closed, the function of handing-over
with water will not be effective any more. To take again the sea, it will be necessary to carry out
a request to Virtual Transat by mail [vric@virtualtransat.com].
The minimum stop and go 12 hours will be implemented then to the failed boats.
Regulate stop and go
The stop and go is calculated as from the hour of the failure.
The handing-over to the water is automatic, that Ci will be able to occur front
the 12 hours of provided for penalties in which case the boats will thus have
to stop the boat until to have purged the penalty. In the event of handing-over with
water beyond the 12 provided for hours, the competitor will have only with of
to even take with him.
